How can I update my account information?

When am I charged a late fee?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. If not paid by the 5th and again on the 15th of the month late fees are assessed. Fees are applied on a per unit basis (more that one unit each will be charged a late fee).

Why don’t I receive a monthly statement in the mail?

In an order to maintain the lowest cost to our customers, we do not send out monthly statements.

What is the easiest way to pay my bill and not be late?

The easiest and the cheapest way to pay your bill is to use the bill pay feature of your bank’s online banking system. You input our company name and address, select the date you want the check to arrive, the amount of the payment and the frequency of the payment. Most banks do not charge a fee and only charge your account when we deposit your check.

Why I am still being charged for a space that I’ve vacated?

When vacating a unit you may have not followed the move out policy by sweeping your unit, leaving the unit in the same condition when rented, or not returning your lock/keys in the drop box with your move out date, name name and unit number, or call our call center that you were moving out.

Do you sell moving and packing supplies?

Currently we do not.

Help, I lost my key, what do I do?

When renting a unit you would have received a Bezel lock system, with 3 keys. However, should you loose your keys please contact our Call Center to make arrangements to receive a new lock and keys. Lock/ Key replacement is subject to a prepaid $15.00 Administrative fee.

What do I do if I break my key off in the lock?

In the rare occasion that you should break your key off in the lock! Contact our Call Center to make arrangements for your lock to be removed and replaced. Lock removal and replacement is subject to a prepaid $50 fee.

What do I need to do to move out?

When you are ready to move out – just remove 100% of your items from the unit, broom sweep the floor, close the unit door and return all keys to the closest Rental/Payment Center labeled with your name and unit number. Envelopes are available to note the date of your move out, your name and phone number. Place the keys in the envelop and deposit in the drop box, the call our call center to inform us of your move out. Remember, you are responsible for your unit rental until we receive your keys and you call us with your move out date, name and unit number.
