Proration/refund policy Proration/Refund Policy

  • First month’s rent will be prorated as all rents are due on the 1st of each month.
  • No proration on month of move-out
  • Refunds are subject a $25 processing fee and are mailed within 15 days of notice of move out.
 Late Charge Policy Late Charge Policy:

  • If payment is not received by the 5th of  the month, a $20 late fee will be added to each unpaid unit.
  • Any payment made after the 15th will incur an additional $10 late fee per unit.
 Lockout Policy Lockout policy:

  • Units are overlocked if payment is not received by the 5th of each month
  • Units are unlocked within 24-48 hrs.after payment is received
 Move Out Policy Move Out Policy:

  • Unit must be clean of all contents (100%), broom swept, and in original condition as rented.
  • Return lock and keys in an envelope with name and unit number by placing in the drop box.
  • Call the call center to leave a message indicating you are moving out and have left the keys with your name and unit number.
  • You remain responsible for the unit until the date you release the unit as stated above.
